Job Description: * Research, resolve and respond to customer issues related to Mortgage in accordance with division guidelines. * Compiling branch and web leads for loan officers follow up * Manage the general administrative tasks of the CONA program * Creating detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production reports * Building mortgage loan submission packages (preparing documents, scheduling appraisals, sending and receiving overnight packages) * Processing withdrawn,denied and cancelled mortgage applications * Processing application deposits * Scheduling residential appraisals * Maintaining numerous reports including phone lists, vacation schedules, etc. * Managing group office supplies and submitting orders as necessary * Routing inbound telephone calls to the proper resource * Ability to multi-task and prioritize work while meeting all deadlines * Self-motivated with organizational skills and attention to detail * Effective oral and written communication * External and Internal Client contact for Mortgage Key Take Away * High School diploma, GED or equivalent/ College degree preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel * Three years of prior administrative support experience * Two years of prior lending and mortgage knowledge Federal Mortgage experience, Customer interfacing, full life cycle loan experience, working knowledge of government agency side.
