Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Experience must be reflected in your resume.
Specialized experience required for this position is:
1. Applying knowledge of Dept. of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) protocol to effective communications, and interpersonal skills for direct technical mission support; Gathers key information essential to planning and organizational processes (e.g., internal information, and stakeholder input) for the purpose of serving as an advisor to leadership.
2. Incorporates current and future management directives, functional and technical expertise, resource requirements and targeted stakeholders into annual plans and oversight work efforts;
3. Apply Project/Program administrative support principles, practices, policies and processes to ensure effective and efficient operations.
4. Recommends changes to documents, procedures, and policies to increase the effectiveness of operations.
5. Analyzes complex information and makes detailed assessments for briefings to very high levels of management.
