Manager, Financial Reporting & Analysis
Develop and implement a sustainable process for reporting monthly financial results and forecasts for the Conference. Develop monthly operating and quarterly financial data packages to be used by senior management for operating reviews. Participate in and support all facets of the annual budget and planning process. Remain current on accounting pronouncements and standards that affect USCCB reporting and accounting. Demonstrates willingness and ability to understand, respect and contribute to the USCCB mission and to fulfill job duties in accordance with its Catholic Identity.
7-9 years of directly related experience Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred Knowledge of accounting practices, theory and procedures and ability to apply the same Financial Statement preparation and analysis Financial Accounting Standards for Non-Profit Organizations PC applications (Excel, WordPerfect, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) Highly analytical exhibiting sound logic and thinking Excellent oral and written communication skills 7-9 years of directly related experience
