The HRBP will be responsible for developing strategies to drive and deliver various human resources initiatives to support the business and partners with business leaders to ensure human resources initiatives align with business goals. HRBPs have demonstrated experience in organizational development, talent acquisition and retention strategies, talent management and development, workforce engagement initiatives and be an execution driven project manager., The HRBP is the focal point to assist in the implementation of HR strategy, programs and policies across a geographically dispersed organization; including talent identification, performance management, employee relations, compensation, reward and recognition, succession planning, organization and staff development. The implementation of these programs will be through strong leadership and project management skills and collaboration with HR Centers of Competencies. In addition, the selected candidate will be responsible for project management of HR projects, and must demonstrate the ability to plan, organize, implement, and close multiple projects simultaneously on various topics within the HR body of knowledge. Specific duties and responsibilities include: * HRBP Consultant to supported business areas * Manage interface with CoC/SSC, local partnerships, labor relations and co-determination * Identify, develop and execute HR strategy that supports the business * Assess, develop and/or execute CoC country initiatives on local level * Ensures adherence to legal HR related requirements, global standards as well as internal, policies and arrangements * Manage local labor relations and co-determination in alignment with Country HR Manager * Advise management regarding labor issues, ensures that policies applied, are transparent and unambiguous * Responsible for talent acquisition process in close cooperation with Line Management and SSC * Advises leaders on employee relations matters, performance management and people development. * Provides direction and consultation to leaders in talent management and development initiatives + Advises and ensures compliance to the global Compensation & Benefits policy + Deliver people metrics to inform business decisions; + Takes responsibility for successful and timely completion of regional projects, ensuring realistic local/country project implementation, as needed. * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related degree; * 10+ years progressively responsible HR experience; * 3+ years as a people leader; * Experience in a multi-site, multi-state and multi-country business in a multi-national organization; * Previous experience supporting a large client base (300+) employees geographically dispersed in multiple countries; * Speaks the country supported language; * Must read, write and speak English; * Demonstrated change management experience; * Demonstrated complex project management; * Demonstrated experience developing relationships; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel; * Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time; * Experience with analytics and analysis.
