Director, Marketing and Communications (m/f)
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing objectives and strategies and identify investments necessary to drive profitability. Define and develop high-level brand strategies while leveraging creativity to deliver on business and marketing objectives. Drive brand innovation and idea generation based on insights from market trends while leveraging traditional and new technologies, platforms and channels. Develop and communicate a deep understanding of client expectations and value by channel and segment, utilizing a robust CRM to inform on future strategies. Oversee the development of all marketing initiatives to ensure high engagement and ROI, including content/audience engagement and strong social media presence that supports sustained future growth, client retention and promotion of the products and services. Articulate client's value proposition graphically, verbally and in writing as the brand champion and develop PR strategies that elevate visibility of client as a prestigious, highly-valued, trusted brand. Partner with executives and internal stakeholders on best practices during PR/media events and/or situations. Evolve and mentor a strategic marketing team, structure and operations that improve product/service development, management, alignment with sales/business development and marketing across the organization. Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in marketing or business with 10+ years' experience in all aspects of marketing (branding, content, digital, analytics, events, design); experience promoting and supporting sales and marketing alignment/communications; proven ability to develop and implement short, mid and long-term marketing strategic plans and successfully apply them to the business environment; demonstrated track record of managing marketing and marketing operations as well as mentoring a strategic marketing team; B2B marketing experience a must; service marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience a plus. Events marketing experience a plus. Excellent writing and editing skills.
