Continue to drive the Digital Evolution with a key focus on Customer Experience, Digital Platform Technology, and eCommerce. Oversee and ensure the Digital Marketing Team's successful global implementation of AEM Adobe Experience Manager Enforce brand standards across business units, ensuring consistency and adherence to the standards and protecting intellectual property. Advise content and communications group on digital marketing and communications strategies Responsible for oversight of the entire Global Marketing Services budget Lead Marketing project management function, which includes commercialization project managers Provide direction to the leader of the Creative Services group Manage multiple external communications agencies and professionals, including online and offline designers, copy writers, production and printing specialists. Lead, develop & motivate a direct team of marketing professionals and influence cross-functional teams across the organization Senior Marketing professional with 10+ years of experience. Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred. Experience driving digital evolution through integrated marketing platforms Experience leading teams, including leading other people managers Experience in B2B businesses, preferably in the life science industry. High-level strategic thinking with the ability to concisely translate complex scientific topics to a wide range of audiences. Experience working closely with field sales organizations to implement marketing programs with measurable business impact. Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors, marketing partners and agency partners. Balance of strategic and execution skills.
