Specialized experience is that which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. Specialized experience for this position includes but is not limited to: demonstrated experience utilizing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods regarding the identification, evaluation, implementation and maintenance of public/private partnership opportunities; experience developing, planning, integrating, evaluating, and implementing public/private partnerships, donor programs, and development assistance activities; experience with public/private partnerships models, key sustainability and output metrics, and P3 best practices; experience utilizing metrics used to assess social, economic development, and environmental impacts; experience utilizing methods and techniques to mobilize resources of public/private partnership initiatives including coordinating outreach to new partners; grant development, management, funding, procurement and administration; and, experience utilizing client relationship software. The position also requires experience in communication and interpersonal principles, methods, practices and techniques; the ability to organize work, set priorities, and determine resource requirements; and, demonstrated experience that reflects an understanding of international development and grassroots efforts and a familiarity with the social, geographic, political, and economic history, culture, and environment of Latin American and the Caribbean region.

Specialized experience for this position includes but is not limited to: experience that reflects having served as a subject matter expert of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods regarding the management of complex and involved administrative programs related to the identification, evaluation, implementation and maintenance of public/private partnership opportunities; experience developing, planning, integrating, evaluating, implementing, and managing public/private partnerships, donor programs, and development assistance activities; experience with public/private partnership models, key sustainability and output metrics, and P3 best practices; experience utilizing metrics used to assess social, economic development, and environmental impacts critical to the community-led projects; experience utilizing methods and techniques to mobilize and manage resources of public/private partnership initiatives, including leading and coordinating outreach to new partners; grant development, management, funding, procurement and administration; and, experience utilizing client relationship software. The position also requires a mastery of communication and interpersonal principles, methods, practices and techniques; an expert ability to organize work, set priorities, and determine resource requirements; and, demonstrated experience that reflects an understanding of international development and grassroots efforts and a familiarity with the social, geographic, political, and economic history, culture, and environment of Latin American and the Caribbean region.
