Attorney Recruiting Coordinator

Global law firm is seeking a Attorney Recruiting Coordinator for their Washington, DC office.  The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the on campus and lateral recruitment efforts, planning and implementation of the Summer Program, and assisting with special projects as needed.  General areas of responsibility fall under these categories:

Campus Recruiting and Summer Program:  Organize and schedule on campus and final round interviews, participate in Committee meetings, coordinate all new associates on-boarding logistics and activities, plan training and social events and activities at law schools, collaborate with the Marketing department on materials, assist the Immigration department on work visas, conduct exit interviews, monitor the budget, maintain an accurate database, track recruiting statistics and produce general reports.

Lateral Recruiting: Act as the point of contact with offer process and on-boarding, and coordinate interview schedules.

Professional Development: Coordinate with the Learning Development Team on training activities including CLE processing for various state bars

The candidate should have a college degree and a minimum of three years of relevant professional recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment.  The candidate should have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills as well as technical proficiency with MS Office, Taleo, viDeskop or other HRIS system.
