Background or Security Investigation: This is a Non Sensitve position which requires a background investigation. .To qualify for this position, you must:
Possess a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education (or international equivalent) in education, statistics, or other appropriate discipline.
A minimum of 1 year demonstrated relevant professional expertise or experience in a relevant field of academic program management.
Have demonstrated experience in collecting data and performing records management functions across an organization.
Have experience with software, systems, and programming in support of academic program functions such as Blackboard Learning Management System, TK20, SharePoint, or similar. Experience using Microsoft Office 65 Suite Programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Have experience interacting with foreign cultures, senior military, and government officials.
Possesses a master's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education (or international equivalent) in public administration, education, management, or other appropriate discipline.
Experience with Joint Professional Military Education programs and policies.

A screening panel will review your resume and narrative answers to the assessment questions to evaluate your qualifications for the position. NDU uses a multi-tier selection process for academic positions You must attach a separate document with answers to the questions listed below. The following questions will be reviewed by the NDU screening panel.
- Policy Governance and Strategic Planning: Please describe how you effectively created and informed leaders on a school policy for program delivery, advised academic leadership on facilities, learning management systems and collaborative tools for curriculum delivery in and out of the classroom; planned future curriculum delivery and facilities for the program through an exchange of best practices; and led change management through pilot programs.
- Data Management: Please describe your experience as a Records Management official and implemented action related to proper data security and record keeping compliance.
- Training, Student Programming, and Professional Development Support: Please describe your experience planning, coordinating, and conducting academic delivery-related in-processing; executing orientations for each student class and skills certifications for faculty and staff to ensure effective use of available resources for curriculum delivery.
Experience in monitoring and facilitating services provided for academic delivery to ensure organizational needs are met; representing organization at university-level committees related to program delivery; serving as subject matter expert for program delivery resources. Please indicate position titles and the number of years these duties have been performed.
- Writing Skills: Please provide a writing sample or brief (no more than 5 pages) in which you have prepared a recommendation for decision related to the use of academic technology, records keeping or oversight of an element of curriculum delivery. Please indicate to what level of leadership this information was presented.
