LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing/evaluating requests from foreign government(s) for price and availability (P&A) data on aircraft/equipment 2) Managing Logistic Conference and Program Definition (LCPD) to establish the foreign customer's requirements and to evaluate the country's facilities, resources, and capability to provide the required operational/maintenance support 3)Establishing the schedule for each ILS element, and directing/coordinating all logistics actions 4) Developing and conducting the Repair of Repairables (ROR) Programs
5) Developing, implementing and monitoring FMS logistic support programs in accordance with Letters of offer and Acceptance (LOAs), Program and Support Plans, Letters of Agreement and other official program directives 6) Analyzing logistic support requirements of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) to be considered by customer countries and recommending support concepts which are tailored to the FMS customer's unique needs 7) Monitoring the support posture of customer aircraft and developing proposals to remedy deficiencies 8) Identifying follow-on support requirements, such as in- and out-of-country repair and supply support programs, and develop proposals for the customer countries
