Program Schedule Analyst, Sr

Key Role:
Perform as the task specialist for an assigned project and maintain responsibility for technical activities or analyses. Provide analytical support to project managers and directors while not having ultimate responsibility for managing the project. Coordinate with the product manager, deputy, project leads, and associated internal and external functional areas to provide input, maintain project status information and prepare briefs, suspense responses, and charts, as necessary. Work with development and operational teams to develop detailed schedules and assist with keeping these schedules current. Maintain the overall master program or project schedule.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with designing, developing, modifying, and maintaining detailed resource-loaded project schedules or integrating multiple project schedules into an overall master program schedule
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
-Ability to provide programmatic support for integrated master scheduling analysis, contracting, earned value management system, and production work tasks, as needed
-Ability to interpret DoD, DA, and AMC guidelines and regulations concerning scheduling and program analysis requirements and techniques
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to resolve issues as they develop
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including briefing
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including being self-motivated and working without supervision
