Company: Intelligent Office Location: Northern Virginia Salary: Up to $15.00 /hour Position Description: Executive Receptionist We are currently interviewing for a full time position in our Reston and Tysons offices. The primary responsibility for the Executive Receptionist position is greeting & assisting visitors with a warm friendly outgoing personality and managing phones for numerous clients, where you become a member of their staff while on the call. There are other administrative duties as time permits, but managing inbound calls professionally and client customer service are priorities. We offer a very pleasant environment and an excellent team. We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and supports the entire team at all times. There is a 90 day probationary period for any new hire to ensure there is a good fit. The hourly wage stated below is achieved in the first 12 months of employment, or sooner, as the candidate demonstrates successful employment (on time, no missed days, team player, hard-working, etc.).
