Due to company expansion and growth, our National Manager has given permission to fill new positions in Sales and Sales Management. We are seeking the right candidates to train immediately since our end goal is to open 3 new offices in 2017.We are looking for a highly COMPETITIVE, ambitious and hardworking individual that wants to an opportunity to grow. Selected candidates must be self-motivated, possess great communication skills, leadership skills, have a desire for professional development, be willing to learn, have exceptional people skills and hold integrity as a core value.Successful candidates accepted into the Training Program come from a variety of industries including sports and coaching, hospitality and industries that focus on customer service and sales. Some candidates want to be leaders and run their OWN BUSINESS; but lack the experience or know-how. Some may be new to the work force and are highly motivated to be among the six figure earners in North America. Others already have a track record of management or entrepreneur experience and are ready for a change.Sales managers are responsible for training and managing a customer service sales team. They are also responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts provided by the company and issuing their benefits. Duties would include setting appointments, advising benefits for each family, and maintaining quality.Key candidates selected for our management program will be selected based on their leadership skills, ability to mentor others, willingness to learn, work ethic and results.QUALIFICATIONS- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle- Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience- Great work ethic- Positive attitude- Outgoing personality Second language is an asset.
