Responsibilities Join a dynamic team of agile professionals supporting a mission critical federal law enforcement effort! Work is conducted on-site with client leading to active agile ownership, buy-in, and collaboration from multi-contractor and government team. Locations are metro accessible and Noblis pays for parking if you decide to drive! Must be have Active TS and be able to obtain SCI. Responsibilities Lead projects from prioritization through concept development and user story writing to supporting development and deployment as Business Analyst subject matter expert Work with government leads to manage scope of new project enhancement requests Work with Product Owner and users to determine operational objectives of business needs and elicit requirements Identify core business needs and decompose and document in concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, and user stories; document business rules and construct workflow diagrams as needed Distill complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories with thorough acceptance criteria Collaborate as member of multi-functional scrum team to convey Product Owner needs to team Pitch Concepts and user stories to scrum team Facilitate meetings between users, developers, and Product Owners Serve as resource to testing and user support teams on expected system behavior Collaborate with training team for knowledge transfer Take initiative to learn existing system capabilities and grow knowledge base on complex system Qualifications BachelorA cents € (TM) s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or similar Minimum 8 years of experience Familiar with Agile development practices, agile certification a plus (such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), or PMI - Agile Certified Practitioner) Strong self-organization and self-management skills, with emphasis on self-initiation and follow through Demonstrated ability to interact directly with business owners/subject matter experts to interpret business needs and large problems and distill them into workable components Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Product Owners, users, developers, and testers to develop, refine, and communicate requirements Experience with complex system in a fast-paced agile environment Experience supporting full software development lifecycle (business process, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, training) Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well in a mixed team of government personnel and other contractors Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and subject matter Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience with JIRA or other agile software program a plus FBI experience a plus Requires Active Top Secret Clearance Location National Capital Region and FBI HQ Overview Noblis and our wholly owned subsidiaries, Noblis ESI and Noblis NSP, are solving difficult problems that help our government and our country.
