Responsibilities include , but are not limited to: developing new business at the local, regional, and national levels through individual networking and cold calling; add-on sales to existing accounts when appropriate, educating clients on RPS services, maintain sales reports, attend sales and other business meetings. Our Sales Executives must have the following qualities : hunter's motivation, have excellent time management skills, be highly adaptable, have the ability to determine solutions for customers, show relationship building skills, have negotiation and presentation expertise, maintain professionalism at all times. REQUIREMENTS: one year experience with B2B (Commercial - NOT retail) and sales in the pest control or in a service related industry is required; food processing is a definite plus. The ability to work in the field is required, including possibilities of enclosed spaces, climbing ladders, moving on catwalks, etc while gathering data and drafting bids for clients.
