The company isA' one of the world's largest insurance brokers.Has both account management and production responsibilities.Responsible for the combined functions of the development and successful acquisition on new business revenue from new and existing clients and providing a high level of client service to assigned accounts.Performs the role of lead investment consultant on large and complex accounts.May manage others.Guide and provide consultative efforts to identify and solve prospect and client investment needs and issues. Maintain an expert knowledge of investments, investment products, philosophies, methodologies and capital markets for retirement plans, foundation and endowments and other institutional investment clients.Provide proactive and creative support to clients.Apply good judgment and appropriate follow-through with clients, firm employees, investment managers and other service providers to clients.Demonstrate initiative and ownership of all client-related work.Exhibit strong knowledge of finance and investment theory and practice and the ability to apply this knowledge to client work.Manage and deliver loosely defined and complex practice/research area work and client projects.Manage day-to-day interaction with clients and other related service providers.Make presentations to and deal directly with clients, their trustees and/or Board of Directors. Take lead role in meeting preparation and conducting client meetings.Efficiently manage internal resources to allow for effective handling of multiple projects for multiple client simultaneously.Provide leadership that contributes to the success of assigned client teams.Supervise analyst work.Assist with development of investment best thinking.Expected 25% of time focused on intellectual capital development.Provide thought leadership on asset class and investment manager research.Development of white papers and thought leadership.Produce new revenue production annually through sales via new and existing clients. Expected 25% of time focused on new business development.Participate in new business presentation as required.
