Job Summary: Working as Regional Chef, you are responsible for leading all culinary functions for business dining accounts in a given geographical area. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following: Key Responsibilities: Regional leader who models competencies and behaviors which are in support of company values. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the region Plan and create all menus Responsible for driving innovation in all accounts Develops and Implements operational plans and systems to insure contractual obligations are met Purchasing and managing inventory Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Eurest marketing and culinary team Develops and communicates strategies for improving customer experience Provides training programs to assure consistent, high quality food Preferred Qualifications: Culinary degree preferred Five to seven years of culinary management experience Have strong supervisory, leadership, hands-on management and coaching skills Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate on various levels to include management, departmental, customer and associate levels Strong financial acumen, proven P&L experience, budgetary, and food control practices Be proactive and positive; interact professionally with a diverse group of associates, peers, managers, suppliers, clients and customers A demonstrated ability to assess and grow: people, operations, equipment, and revenue Must be willing to travel 100% throughout the region Apply to Eurest today!
