This company is seeking a Vice President of Sales Strategy that is self motivating and has the ability to elevate the performance of sales teams through coaching and mentoring., * Grow revenue and net profit by securing new clients within senior housing, active adult, health care, travel or other mature adult markets. Specific duties include: * Develop sales and referral strategy and identify target prospects and influencers: + Plan, attend, network and present at tradeshows and contribute to pre- and post-show marketing. + Maintain CRM database and report on pipeline status, growth and movement. * Consulting with prospects and work with internal marketing team and client services to develop resolutions for clients needs * Develop presentations and proposals that will lead to new business pitches. * Onboard new clients and facilitate transition to the client services department. * Assess, coach , mentor and develop sales strategy for client sales teams* Bachelor's degree - preferable in marketing, journalism or collateral field Experience Requirements: * Senior living sales and marketing experience increasing brand, census, market share and profitability is a huge plus. * Strategic services sales and marketing plan development and implementation * Experience delivering Confident presentations and communications with Executive leadership teams, boards of directors and business owners * Personal initiative, self motivated * Verifiable, proven track record of bringing in new business * Flexible, adaptable nature for a fast-paced environment with competing priorities * Commitment to being part of the most functional team in the industry * Ability to travel up to 50%* Medical, Dental, PTO, AD&D, HSA plus
