Job description: The candidate will serve as the Maintenance Analyst to all sites currently located in VA, MD, NY and Washington DC Duties will include but not limited to receiving, recording, analyzing and dispatching work orders to appropriate contractor(s). S/he will monitor open calls using established procedures to track daily, record, and review to ensure calls are logged in correctly and follow through to achieve closure of all dispatch activities. The Maintenance Analyst will support the daily maintenance, environmental and operations related work orders by interacting with the internal staff, operators, suppliers, and contractors. Perform regular updates in e-Maintenance to maintain site profile accuracy. Compile, prepare monthly analysis by site and report status regularly. The Candidate will serve as the Maintenance Analyst at the Company's headquarters in Springfield, Virginia. Work will be performed under the supervision of the Asset Manager. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and a team player to obtain and relay information through verbal and written via established procedure to the appropriate maintenance sections. S/he must have excellent customer service skills, Proactive self-starter and demonstrate the ability to prioritize work and multi-task. Direct knowledge of the Petroleum Industry desired. Knowledge of e-maintenance preferred.
