QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree and 8-10 years of continuous proposal graphics development experience, including experience on large bid effortsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities- In-depth understanding of compliance with all sections of governmental RFPs, creating graphics templates, and producing high-quality graphics under tight deadlines - Expert graphic skills with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with attention to detail and accuracy - Working knowledge of federal procurement process- Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills - Flexible, takes initiative and open to changing schedules and priorities and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes - Able and willing to work extended hours to meet dynamically changing needs and delivery schedules.Must be able to provide samples of your proposal graphics.Responsibilities/QualificationPosition Description The Lead Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and developing proposal graphics and other graphic material the ACPC is responsible for producing (reports, cut sheets, briefs). The Lead Graphic Designer works with the Capture Manager, Proposal Manager, Proposal Coordinator, and Technical Writers in designing and developing graphics in response to commercial and US government solicitation requirements. Graphic design and development activities include conceptual development; design; production; edits; and color palette development. The Lead Graphic Designer develops proposal graphics in compliance with all RFP requirements and associated documents.The Lead Graphic Designer follows the approved graphics processes and maintains configuration control of all proposal graphics. The Lead Graphic Designer participates in standups and proposal meetings as required.Duties and Responsibilities- Perform all graphic activities as assigned by the Proposal Manager and Proposal Coordinator - Review draft and final RFPs and related documents and develop compliant proposal graphics- Develop graphics for corporate initiatives- Maintain version control of all graphics and incorporate any amendment changes to proposal graphics- Prepare proposal covers and CD labels for binding- Assist with proposal production as required
