    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    1. Demonstrated experience in developing and overseeing the implementation of Veterans Benefits Administration's (VBA) strategic goals, plans, legislation, regulations, policies and procedures; as well as providing guidance to Senior Leadership on high-level topics and projects.
    2. Demonstrated experience producing and briefing documents for internal and external audiences, to include legislation, reports, policy guidance, testimony, etc.
    3. Demonstrated experiences in collaborating and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
