This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement and is therefore subject to annual seasonal influenza vaccinations. Applicants tentatively selected for appointment to this position will be required to sign a statement (Condition of employment) consenting to season influenza vaccinations.
Position may require occasional travel.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a current valid state driver's license.

In order to qualify for this position, your resume must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are being considered. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

- Preparing multiple written documentation and forms (such as, however not limited to: technical drawings, specifications, cost estimates, project documentation for special projects/contract work/major construction and funding requests) used to complete assigned engineering project work.
- Reviewing construction plans and engineering specifications to ensure quality construction and administrative oversight to include building codes and established healthcare compliance.
- Conducts preconstruction conferences/construction meetings regarding project planning and execution, material management, project status and process improvement.
- Coordinating efforts on engineering and planning projects with personnel from other engineering and planning codes to complete assigned projects.

SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: Applicants may substitute the following education for the required experience, provided it demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position: Two full years of graduate education or a master's degree related to the occupation.


COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be combined to meet the total qualification requirements.
