In order to qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 level in the Federal Government.
Examples of qualifying experience include:
Conducting legal research by locating information such as cases, statutes, legal and economic academic literature, and other relevant materials from files, libraries, computerized databases, and the Internet, reporting orally and in writing on the results of such research for inclusion in memoranda, opinions, briefs, speeches, and similar documents, reviewing and maintaining information, including case materials, that may be very sensitive and confidential in nature, preparing and monitoring time and attendance records, organizing and maintaining files, ordering supplies, and assisting with travel arrangements
You must have a master's or equivalent graduate degree
Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
An LL.B. or J.D., if related
A combination of graduate school education and specialized experience as stated in the vacancy.
