Computer Scientists:

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized Professional General Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Aerospace Engineer, Mathematician, or Computer Scientist experience equivalent to the STRL NM-04 Pay Band or equivalent GS Grade Level (GS-13/14) in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate experience in the Major Range Test Facilities Bases (MRTFB), Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF), Direct Product Account (DPA), Cost Distribution Account (CDA), and the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycle as they relate to budgets. Demonstrate working knowledge of Range Safety processes, procedures, and practices as they relate to the Test and Evaluation of Aircraft and related weapons systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of Range Operations processes, procedures, and practices as they relate to Test and Evaluation of Aircraft and related weapons systems, and a broad associated knowledge of all the physical sciences applicable to these areas. Examples of specialized experience include some of the following: 1) leading a technically diverse and complex team (encompassing project management, investment and business financial management, contracts management, facilities planning and engineering, and/or range development) and effectively managing resources; 2) formulating approaches of related projects to resolve a variety of technological and/or corporate problems; and 3) Apply state-of-the-art innovation to take advantage of new concepts in the development of advanced systems and/or the latest technology.
