Lead Analyst IT - Projects
Description This is an individual contributor position that works under minimal supervision and performs routine and non-routine work. This position is expected to support the Third Party Advisor and System Integrator Consultant Teams by providing input in to the project plans, decisions, designs and challenges. Mentors less experienced colleagues and consultants. Position will be involved in activities of projects that impact customer technology platforms, such as CIMS, CC&B, and SAP, from project initiation through close-out. Performs and/or manages activities relating to planning, gathering common business requirements, designing, building, and maintaining high quality solutions, products and processes. * Position may require working extended hours and/or shift work to support the Customer Project delivery milestones. * Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform, manage and appropriately document work activities relating to projects, sub-projects, or processes. Plan, gather common business requirements, design, and build high quality IT software solutions in accordance with IT project management standards. * Assist in creation of required project documentation for products and services. Use best practices to improve products and services provided to business unit partners, and monitor adherence within Team/Group to standards as defined within the Management Model. * Maintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partners and other stakeholders * Establish positive team environment by proactively assisting and training less experienced personnel. Provide performance and development feedback as required. * Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within own discipline or function Qualifications Minimum Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline and typically 5 to 8 years experience in maintaining CIS applications or equivalent combination of education and work experience. * Appropriate technical skills to analyze data and evaluate solutions.
