Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience implementing a wide range of principles, concepts, and methodologies related to healthcare quality and management systems; experience in regulatory compliance for health care such as The Joint Commission and Safety standards; developing and executing plans to improve care quality, reduce costs, and deliver health care operations; experience with personnel management and cost/benefit analysis to evaluate and determine best course of action; and integrating operational components to deliver effective and efficient health care operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
