Candidate must have proven record of successfully implementing ERP systems to include PeopleSoft Financials.
Candidate should demonstrate a strong foundation in software development principles and techniques.
Candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have the ability to absorb and manage large quantities of information in a fast paced, stressful environment.
Candidate must have the ability to work well with others to include reviewing work products and providing technical direction to other staff, as necessary.
Candidate must have effective oral and written communicate skills with successful experience in communicating with senior staff, information systems professionals and non-technical users.
Candidate must have extensive experience working with Federal financial systems. Familiar with financial management regulations issued by the GAO, the U.S. Treasury, OMB, and other regulatory agencies for applicability to the financial systems and their operation.
Candidate must have proven knowledge financial operations to include accounting.
Candidate must have experience formulating and managing budgets.
Candidate must have strong management skills, with a proven record of developing talent and fostering professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in business or computer-related field, or equivalent work experience.
