Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS/CG-11 level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience recording and transcribing minutes of meetings; tracking, inputting, analyzing and correcting data in data collection processing systems and applying analytical evaluative techniques to identify and resolve conflicting data.
Applicants eligible for ICTAP (Interagency Career Transition Assistance Program) must achieve a score of 80 or higher in the online assessment to be determined "well qualified" for this position. For more information, click here.

- Knowledge and understanding of Federal Deposit Insurance Act, (FDI Act) and the provisions and requirements of Part 308 of the Corporation’s rules and regulations.
- Skill in writing, editing, and correct use of English.
- Knowledge of the organization, structure, programs, and responsibilities of the various divisions and offices of the Corporation and the course and method by which the Corporation’s functions are channeled and determined.
- Ability to analyze documents and understand technical information to determine appropriate action.
