As part of a dynamic team, you will provide technical and operational support in our Warren, MI office and high bay, as a Technical Analyst supporting our US Army TACOM customers.

You will be performing tasks such as: quality inspection, installation, troubleshooting, training and support of on-vehicle C4 systems; integration of equipment onto combat vehicles; performing fit checks, and vehicle A-Kit and B-Kit installations; fabricating cables and wiring harnesses for engineering lab and vehicle installations.
Additional duties include managing material ordering, shipping, receiving, and managing part inventory.

Essential Job Functions:

Provide quality checks, technical assistance, and troubleshooting on electrical cable harnesses before, during, and after installation.

Read/interpret electrical drawings, schematics, printouts, specifications, work instructions and test procedures for combat vehicle component/computer installations and troubleshooting.

Participate with engineers in the installation, testing, debugging and troubleshooting of new and existing combat vehicle electronics equipment.

Ensure instruments are calibrated and verified on an annual basis.

Provide assistance with part ordering, material management, and shipping/receiving, which will include functioning as the COMSEC custodian (on the job training provided).

Fabricate, repair, and assemble electrical wiring harnesses from wiring diagrams.

Occasional CONUS Travel to Army Test Facilities in support of test events. Requirements Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Management

Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance.

Knowledge of electrical, computer, communication and mechanical fundamentals.

Physical dexterity and able to work within confined spaces on military vehicles.

Experience with electronic and mechanical systems, ideally on military vehicles.

Ability to read and follow complex schematic and assembly drawings.

Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical, computer, and mechanical installations.

Experience using Microsoft Office Product Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook).

Desired Skills:

Associates degree or advanced training in an electrical engineering discipline.

Experience with US Army Vehicle electro-mechanical installations.

Experience with military communications equipment for Ground Combat Vehicles.

Experience with forklift operation.
