Learning and Development Strategist

Key Role:

Provide support for implementing and executing processes for receiving, defining, evaluating, and referring learning requirements and managing the curriculum. Ensure clients and stakeholders are aware of the client's capabilities, including learning solutions and advise clients on how to improve performance through learning. Receive, analyze, and communicate the client's requirements, validate that learning is the right solution to meet the client's needs, and suggest an appropriate learning solution. Support the development of a senior stakeholder advisory board, audit the curriculum, and demonstrate the alignment of the curriculum to the client's needs.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with learning and development, curriculum, teaching, or customer service

-Experience with collecting, compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing information

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project

-Ability to interact effectively with government clients at various levels

-Ability to work as part of a tightly integrated team and collaborate across functional and organizational boundaries

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED and 20 years of experience with learning and development analysis or BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with instructional technology and distributed learning solutions

-Experience with developing and prescribing strategies for curriculum management, student centered learning, or adult learners

-Experience with the intelligence community and NGA

-Experience with Articulate Storyline and Blackboard

-Experience with eLearning standards, including SCORM and Section 508 requirements, Web usability standards and practices, and evaluation models, such as Kirkpatrick

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent critical thinking skills, including objective thinking
