Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for the design and development of e-Learning courses and materials in collaboration with Instructional Design Team, Subject Matter Experts within the organization, and vendors, to design, develop and evaluate training materials for designated projects. Utilizes proven project management strategies to ensure timely implementation of project.

Also responsible for supporting the organizations Learning and Talent Management systems in an Administrative role. Works with Learning and Talent administrators to provide system maintenance, build and assign learning, create reports, support customer service and other duties related to e-Learning as required.

Actions and attitude that contributes to the critical success factors of the organization

Design, development and deployment of eLearning modules and related materials

LMS and Talent Management Administration, including customer support

Qualifications

Bachelors in Education, Instructional Technology required. Masters preferred Education or Instructional technology required.

3-5 years experience in healthcare education preferred.

5 years experience in e-Learning Instructional design preferred

Ability to manage projects and work independently required

Certification in area of expertise strongly preferred.

Proficient in Video Editing Software

Strong proofing skills

ELearning Design applications i.e.: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Camtasia, Adobe Fireworks or Photoshop

LMS Administration i.e.: Cornerstone Learning, Workday Learning (Required)

Customer Service (Required)

Microsoft Office (Required)

HTML5 (Required)

Project Management (Required)

Presentations (Preferred)
