This is a limited part time, non-exempt position with flexibility needed to cover peak times and coverage when short staffed. Mainly weekends from 7 a - 11 a plus additional weekdays as needed.
Provide a high level of customer service for visitors, vendors and coworkers.
Provide staffing coverage and assist director in maintaining adequate staffing levels.
Provide internal/external communication for the facility.
Maintain facility supplies
Serve as an interface for the facility, organization and community at-large.
High School Diploma
2-3 years receptionist/clerical experience.
Experience with Microsoft office
Must be able to manage customers efficiently and effectively at all levels.
Must have excellent communication skills, bilingual english/spanish
Must have the ability to exercise good judgement and discretion.
Must present a professional appearance.
