Supports the financial operations for Outpatient and Physician Services (Imaging, Urgent Care, and Adventist Medical Group)
Work with and on behalf of the entity fiscal leader to advise and support leadership in all operational matters from a financial perspective.
Lead in the development of and compliance with financial plans and budgets.
Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, proformas and presentations.
Explore opportunities to improve business practices and performance across the entity that support organizational mission and goals.
Develop and monitor cost control tools and iniatives for all areas.
Work with AHC leadership and hospital executives in the development of business proformas for potential new ventures.
Explore needs, establish and implement long and short term objectives that are consistent with the organizations mission, vision, values and goals.
Work as an intermediary between outpatient & physician services and all Support Center Departments as needed.
Lead the management and execution of the annual capital operating expense budget process at the local level to ensure the achievement of organization goals.
Participate in a variety of meetings or committees.
Develops and implements departmental and interdepartmental performance improvement activities.
Participates in Leadership activities across the hospital and within the Financial Services group.
A Bachelor's degree in business, finance or health related field required
CPA, MBA or other advanced master's degree preferred
7-10 years finance management required. Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of GAAP rules and procedures
Excellent computer and analytical skills; Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage financial budgets and planning at an entity level
