Workday HCM Administrator
The Workday Enterprise Administrators role is to oversee and operate AHCWorkday enterprise system through implementation of best practices. This includes installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and maintaining the company investments in Workdays proprietary technology. The Administrator is also responsible for planning and coordinating the change management of processes required for the support of Workday systems necessary for business operations. This individual will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to solve issues related to the deployment of mission-critical Workday software. The Administrator is responsible for the data integrity, maintenance, reporting and training of the system while working with staff at all levels of the organization.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that system data is confidentiality maintained. This includes reviewing source data for accuracy and completion of data input, verifying output, and continuously auditing Human Resource databases.
Evaluate, install, configure, and deploy Workday applications, systems software, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the enterprise. This also requires ensuring that information flow and business processes are correct and appropriate.
Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the enterprise system; install and configure patches and upgrades as required. Ensure proper maintenance of system data and the internal system for values, codes, tables, business processes, supervisory organizations, security and system interfaces.
Ensure that any Workday integration into AHC systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.
Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of Workday software programs and applications. This includes creating test scenarios and assisting in the performance of tests to ensure all processes work according to predetermined goals.
Provide training for system users as needed. This may include leading individual and group training sessions and arranging for classroom and web-based training. Other duties may be assigned to this role that may not be included in this document.

This full time position is Monday-Friday
Bachelor or Masters degree in computer science, information systems, or business administration or related field (equivalency considered)
Masters degree preferred
Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant hands-on Workday experience.
Competency as a team leader and other aspects of management.
Workday module certifications preferred
Direct experience administering Workday applications and knowledge of enterprise-level applications, including ERP, CRM, data warehouses etc.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
