Super star, A+ Admin. Assistant/Coordinator is needed for a commercial real estate property firm in the Northern Virginia area. The firm is a well-known and reputable firm that has developed and thrived with mixed use, office and retail properties throughout the DC metro area. They are seeking a super star player who can help and assist with front office and accounting duties. This person will be the face of the company, point of contact for vendors and customers, communication is key in this role! Someone who carries themselves very professionally, with poise and great work ethic will thrive in this type of role. There is ample amount of growth with this firm, great for someone who has experience in commercial real estate but is seeking a new opportunity in a new role with a great team!

Duties:

  • AP
  • AR
  • Admin. duties
  • Report to the Property Manager and Sr. Property Manager
  • Ability to communicate with (renters/vendors)

Qualifications:
