Job Summary/Company: 
Sparks Group is hiring! Our partners have exclusively reached out to us for their hiring needs. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a well-established and reputable company in Silver Spring. We are currently seeking a Junior Recruiter to achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and some light human resource duties. Do you have a passion for recruiting? Are you dedicated to ensuring the highest level of patient care? This is a fast-paced, motivated Healthcare Recruiter role and we are looking for someone with at least a year of prior experience who can hit the ground running. 

Responsibilities: 
-Full cycle recruitment - from placing ads to onboarding 
-Manage 25+ open reqs at any given time
-Work closely with 12 hiring managers to meet needs
-Operating on social media, job boards, and within personal pipeline to recruit qualified candidates
-Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications/Background profile: 
-Experience with ADP is a MUST 
-Experience recruiting through social media is a plus 
-Experience in healthcare/ mental health background is a plus 
-At least a year of recruiting experience is necessary
