    There are no specific lengths or level of experience requirements. The applicant's overall background of experience, education and training must clearly demonstrate the ability to perform utility systems repairer operator duties, such as starting, stopping, and operating of all equipment associated with a high pressure steam boiler plant and large industrial chiller plant without more than normal supervision, under the supervision of shift supervisor or equivalent.     * Ability to perform USRO duties, such as those described in the duty section, without more than normal supervision (SCREEN OUT)

    * Skill in refrigerant recovery as evidenced by possession Universal EPA Certification

    * Knowledge of equipment, assembly, installation, testing, repair, etc.

    * Knowledge of technical practices

    * Ability to interpret instructions, specifications, blueprints, etc.

    * Ability to use measuring instruments
