LEGAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - LEASING
Wireless infrastructure company based in northern Virginia is seeking an experienced lease administrator for its Legal Department. Responsibilities include: database administration and ground lease file management (including primary responsibility for tracking and sending timely notices of ground lease and option extensions); coordination with internal departments to process ground leases, easements and other ground related agreements; drafting and assembling correspondence, documents, payment requests, checklists, reports; and providing related administrative support as needed. Prior wireless infrastructure, real estate, or corporate legal department experience is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years relevant experience required. The ability to work well and independently in a fast-paced environment, excellent analytical and communications skills, and advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, is required.
