Customer Service Representative
Sparks Group is currently seeking energized individuals who are interested in Customer Service opportunities located in Chantilly with an innovative marketing firm. If you are interested in being a part of an organization where they offer free lunches on Fridays and the opportunity to work within a fun, upbeat environment, this position is calling for you!
- Answer phone and other communications (chat, email, etc.) in a timely manner
- Schedule photo shoots (3D, aerial, video)
- Assist with technical issues
- Document all customer interaction in databases
- Process change orders
- Great communication/listening skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Team-oriented attitude
- Salesforce/InDesign experience is a plus
