Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group is currently seeking energized individuals who are interested in Customer Service opportunities located in Chantilly with an innovative marketing firm. If you are interested in being a part of an organization where they offer free lunches on Fridays and the opportunity to work within a fun, upbeat environment, this position is calling for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone and other communications (chat, email, etc.) in a timely manner
  • Schedule photo shoots (3D, aerial, video)
  • Assist with technical issues
  • Document all customer interaction in databases
  • Process change orders

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Great communication/listening skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Salesforce/InDesign experience is a plus
