Immediate opportunity to support the Director of Human Resources/Director Administration & Facilities.  This is a busy position for someone who likes consistent work in an organization that is growing.
  • Maintain inventory by checking stock and maintaining supply Excel spreadsheet
  • Place and receive orders
  • Assist with new hire on-boarding (floor plan, business cards, & name plate)
  • Backs up Receptionist
  • Maintain department directories
  • Assists with events
  • Liaison with procurement, security, mail room
  • 2 years' administrative support in professional services setting
  • BA/BS
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
  • Strong time management skills
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience doing inventory
