A Sparks Group partner in the Dulles Corridor area is seeking a direct hire HRIS Manager, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
- Serve as primary resource in relation to HRIS setup, maintenance, update implementation, and training
- Identifies risks and recommends process changes to improve efficiency and data delivery
- Responsible for all HR reporting and dashboards for metrics reporting
- Anticipates customer needs and proactively plans
- Bachelors Degree required
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Occasional local travel
- Previous HRIS management experience is highly desired
