Job Summary/Company:

A  Sparks Group partner in the Dulles Corridor area is seeking a direct hire HRIS Manager, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary resource in relation to HRIS setup, maintenance, update implementation, and training
  • Identifies risks and recommends process changes to improve efficiency and data delivery
  • Responsible for all HR reporting and dashboards for metrics reporting
  • Anticipates customer needs and proactively plans

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Occasional local travel 
  • Previous HRIS management experience is highly desired
