Financial Procurement Specialist

Key Role:
Provide financial management and business process support for a client's network and telecommunications support mission. Support market research, contract negotiation, budgeting or budget forecasts, cost analysis, facilities management, records management, audit, procurement, invoicing, expenditure tracking, and reconciliation of agency funds in compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Correspond regularly with telecommunication providers regarding new or existing order and trouble tickets. Manage the internal financial tracking system and subsequent functionality, including system reporting, accuracy, auditing, performance and process improvements. Prepare concise formal and informal reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs to ensure the continued success of project priorities. This position will be performed on the client site and is located in Quantico, VA.
 

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with business, financial management or procurement support
-5+ years of experience with using Microsoft Excel or equivalent application software
-Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
-Ability to multi-task and meet deliverable deadlines
-Top Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with GSA acquisitions
-Experience with networking and network hardware
-Ability to comprehend and analyze complex problems
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
 

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
