Do you enjoy helping customers over the phone and bringing about resolutions?  Are you looking to make quick money for project based work?  Do you have experience with call center, customer service, and front desk work?  Are you tech savvy?  This may be the position for you. 

Local DC organization is seeking a team of customer service reps to help with their customer service initiative.

Duties:

-Customer Service calls

-Administrative tasks as assigned

-tier 1 tech support

Must haves:

-Experience in a call center/customer rep role

-Ability to bring own laptop to use for the project

-Team-oriented nature

-Desire to go the extra-mile

-Ability to work independently

-Experience with ZenDesk, Google Chrome, and Google Apps

Testing for Word, Excel, Spelling/Grammar and supervisor references required.
