An established Old Town Alexandria, VA Architecture firm is seeking a full time top notch Administrative Assistant with at least three years experience and the ability to build as well as maintain superb customer relationships. As the first point of contact AA must have excellent communication as well as organizational skills.  Duties will include but not be limited to, answering and managing the telephone system, greeting clients and guests, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, architectural drawings and packages.  AA will schedule product seminars, office events and staff meetings as well as maintaining the schedules of conference rooms. AA will also order supplies, holiday gifts and coordinate building operation and maintenance when needed.  Hours 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Technical skills:  Microsoft Office Required. Proficiency in other software packages a plus.
