Do you have administrative experience you would like to continue to build on?  Do you enjoy working for different types of organizations from non-profits, trade associations, government, to private sector organizations?  Are you in a transition and looking for supplemental income?  If you answered yes to any of these questions this role may be a perfect fit.  

Duties:
    -Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
    -Receive and direct visitors and clients
    -General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
    -Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
    -Retrieve documents from filing system
    -Handle requests for information and data
    -Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
    -Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
    -Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and   emails

Must haves:
    -Bachelor's degree
    -3.0 GPA
    -Team-oriented nature
    -Willingness to go the extra-mile
    -Desire to work hard

Microsoft Office testing required and supervisor references must be provided.
