The Arc Montgomery County has vacancy for Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of a variety of administrative functions which are essential to the smooth operation of The Arc Montgomery County. Successful candidate will also be responsible for direct supervision of the agency's Maintenance Engineer. Other responsibilities include coordination of all maintenance throughout the agency, including all homes; completion and monitoring of all routine monthly billing; and tracking of all agency maintenance, including homes. Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus six years of professional relevant experience; or AA degree in a relevant field plus eight years of professional relevant experience; or high school diploma plus ten years of professional relevant experience. Valid driver's license.
