Job Description:
We are seeking a Sr. HRIS Consultant to join the Human Resource Team. The Sr. Business Analyst is a member of the HRIS Team and enables HR and business partners to make informed business decisions by providing timely, pertinent HR analytics/reporting and technology solutions supporting areas to include talent acquisition and human capital management. Qualified candidates should have experience designing, supporting and maintaining human resources information to systems to include BrassRing/Kenexa applicant tracking system and PeopleSoft HCM 9.1.

Provides expert consulting, HRIS program and policy design, and identification of best practices of the HRIS function. Proactively identifies opportunities for system enhancements and engages and consults with functional owners providing detailed system-based options for resolving complex business process issues.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 5 years previous experience in HRIS. Strong computer literacy and proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced Excel, MS Access knowledge. Must have knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems and interface experience.
