Job Description: Acts as Lead person and leads Food Service Workers in daily food and tray line set up, service and clean up/sanitation. Helps train new staff; conducts inventory, assigns tasks, monitors portion control and ensures service areas and equipment are sanitized and cleaned and procedures for recipes, menus, quality and safe food handling guidelines are followed.
