Assist in the delivery and implementation of marketing campaigns & programs for all branches, service centers, facilities and print and digital member communications channels.
Assist in the development and maintenance of a catalog of branding materials and promotional items to be ordered by diverse users throughout the organization.
Assist in creating messaging to inform and market to PenFed members through dedicated communications channels.
Manage all aspects of a project from inception through completion.
Generate innovative, effective and strategic creative visual solutions to achieve business goals and ensure that products are positions effectively throughout PenFed events and locations.
Assist in the development and implementation of all POS materials with the support of our creative services team and ad agencies.
Assist in ordering and fulfillment of all PenFed and its affiliates promotional items.
Work with events marketing team to deliver exhibit and booth assets as well as promotional items for community and sponsorship opportunities.
Assist in the management of exhibit, promotions and other vendor relationships.
Serve as backup copy editor and proofreader on marketing materials.
Uphold corporate brand standards and enhance PenFed’s visual identity.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required.
Minimum of two (2) years’ of experience in marketing, promotions and events is required.
Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
Excellent communications, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of financial institution operations, preferred.
This position will not supervise employees.
There are no additional certifications required.
