Are you a Training Lead interested in delivering innovative instructional materials?

DCS Corporation is seeking a Training Lead/Coordinator to develop, review, and deliver structured courseware and instructional aids required to facilitate effective training for the Army's Common Sensor Payload (CSP) program. The CSP program is the airborne electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) sensor payload for several Army aviation platforms.

The Training Lead/Coordinator will also plan/execute the fielding of systems and conduct New Equipment Training (NET).

The Training Lead/Coordinator will ensure the integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instruction materials, and evaluation plans.

Essential Job Functions:

Interact with customer and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content.

Conduct research and consult with technical subject matter experts, client representatives, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and firm resources in the design and development of new curriculum.

Plan/execute the fielding of systems and conducting New Equipment Training (NET) in support of the customer.

Train students in tasks required to test-operate, align, repair, service, and fault-isolate/troubleshoot the particular system to the lowest-replaceable units.

Administer and manage the planning, budgeting, and coordination of technical NET teams worldwide.

Requirements Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

HS- 13; Bachelors degree plus 5+ years of experience with curriculum development and training coordination.

Must possess a Secret level clearance.

Experience/familiarity with ISR sensors such as MX15/20/25, CSP, and Shadow.

Experience with US Army Systems Approach to Training (SAT).

Knowledge of US Army training development standards.

Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness.

Knowledge of the principles of supervision, organization, and administration.

Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form, research, develop, present, and promote projects, work independently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Must be able to interpret and articulate signal analysis, schematic diagram analysis, block diagrams, and wiring diagrams.

Experience with Microsoft Office products.
